All potential returns must be reported within 24 hours from when the order will be received. The products must be in impeccable condition, with all the seals and packaging accessories unopened & in resealable condition.

 

If the return request is accepted by AUTOVIG Bangladesh, then the client will have to pay the delivery fee plus the difference (if any) for the new product that will be shipped to them.

 

In the case of defective products, please ensure that the product remains inside of its original packaging. If a product is defective or found incorrect on arrival then AUTOVIG Bangladesh will bear all shipping costs.

 

To be eligible for a return, your goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods:

Discounted or sale items, Wrongly ordered items, OEM fluids, Electrical goods etc. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

 

 

Refunds and Exchanges:
After we receive your returned product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time:

 

– An exchange of similar good for the item returned

 

– A credit to the original method of payment used to pay for the item and/or bKash/nagad/rocket/upay.

 

Shipping Terms:

  • For the Instant Delivery,the customer must contact us about the availability of product and chances of us delivering the product in the scheduled time.

 

  • For the same day delivery option, a turnaround time of 3-4 hours will be guaranteed. However, the cut-off time for same day orders is 3PM, which means all orders have to be placed before 2PM if the customer chooses to receive the order on the same day.

 

  • Regular Delivery has a turnaround time of maximum 2 working days.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.

 

All returned goods should be sent to us after contacting with us and we will have the product returned at convinient location.

 

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item unless an incorrect product was sent by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.

For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by us, please do not send such items back to the manufacturer.
